Bridgewater's Nunneley Sells Medical Office Space for $596 Per Square Foot

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the $1.35 million sale of 1015 7th Ave. N, a 2,262 square foot medical office building near St. Anthony's Hospital.  Bridgewater's Listing agent Davis Nunneley identified a med spa that was looking to expand from Florida's east coast and was able to put together the transaction. The seller also was a med spa. The building, built in 1976, closed at $596 per square foot, which is in the top 95% of all St. Petersburg office sales in the past 5 years.
